Had a cookie baking session yesterday...
The baking session was supposedly be cookie baking wit my sissy.

But I ended up baking everything myself /:

Sissy got this baking made easy cookie mix.

The ingredients required are pretty much accessible.
Butter... Eggs...Vegetable Oil... etc.

Not forgetting the season of christmas toppings on ya freshly baked cookies...

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip

Adding in an egg and half cuppa butter.

Do your kneading, I wouldnt reccomend electrical mixer.

Neither would I reccomend long nails where ya'll find dough stucked in ya nails.

Double Chocolate Chunk

An egg and a quarter cuppa vegetable oil.

It's always fun to have a variety of cookie cutter(:

Woke up at 0500am this morning... zzzz....

damned crappy, i kept having temptations to go back into my cozy quilt.

anyway. I thought I would be late.

But I guess I was punctual.

I thought I looked like clown walking around with such huge posters.

and dressing up in such a formal wear. /=

anyway. I guess I was just too nervous,

that even before my presentation starts, I had diarrhoea! x=

So I just stepped into class, to be greeted by 3 male advisors,

and 2 other students like me.

The first guy presented.

Facial looks need not be the expression to tell you that he's freaking nervous,

but his voice.

His voice was practically trembling. /=

After his presentation.

It's my turn!

I actually prepare myself a set of my own report and notes

on what Im gonna say and present.

But, I end up not using them explaining in my own expressions

and whatever I could remember. (=

I thought, I did quite alright for my presentation =D

The moment I came home, I rushed to check the comments from all 3 advisors!

Advisor : Excellent work!

Accessor 1: Well done. Able to answer and support your presentation.

Accessor 2: Poster is Well Designed, good knowledge of the ice cream business.

the stocks that came for each sizes are one pair for each sizes only!

So I grab la!

I also got myself insoles for my heels from Watsons.'

Prettyboy of mine booked out on Saturday late afternoon.

I cant pick him up cus I need to stay home sinced no one's home to look after GreatGranny.

But I managed to meet Prettyboy near our home after sissy's home. (:

I couldnt recognize Prettyboy at first.

Cuz his long hair are all gone! Left wit real short hair!

and he's in his no.4 uniform. awwww...

Bars of Chocolates, depending on how much Truffles ya wanna make...

Break da chocolate bars into smaller pieces...

Next, pour da whipping cream into a saucer and heat it up for a lil while.

Then, pour all da broken up chocolate chunks into da pot of hot whipping cream

and let it sit for a minute or two.

Then start mixing the whipping cream together wit the melted chocolates...

after which, it should loook like that....

after your mixture looks something like that, place it in the fridge or freezer till it becomes tougher...

when it's a lil solidified, use ya spoon to scoop out a lil at a time and roll it into a ball like shape with your hands then using the Hershey's Cocoa Powder to coat da whole chocolate ball...

There... your end product should look just like that....

I woke up bloody early in the morning, and was the empty classroom with just the faci really caught me off guard.seriously.

for a moment i thought the whole class has decided to go JB for some shopping sprees tgt and left me out as they had talked abt before..

then faci told me, Rui Wen got tested positive for H1N1, and the whole class's on LOA.

Then I proceeeded to log on to the msn, and everyone's askin if Im in class.

The main problem is....

RP has this daily student temperature declaration form online. and it's compulsory for us to declare TWICE a day.

Fuck it.

Okays.

Ive been updating my number for the past few days, and I think that box there is just for display.

I feel ultimately sinful to have wasted so much food while many in poverty has to bring leftovers home

to feed the family... and lookin at the amount of food on their plate, I bet it'll even satisfy my hunger.

Tho the food are all leftovers, the kids reacted as if they've got a whole set of untouched KFC 2 piece meal!

They were smilling gleefully, and cant wait to get their hands on the scraps of leftovers.

Woke up a lil later today.

Went to Stadium for Opening Ceremony, followed by watching the first few matches.

Today's BeBe's Dog Obedience Training, Gathering at East Coast Park.

So, many owners brought their beloved to the salty waters...
Er Jie, Jere n I got there at about 10am?
and we made BeBe swim for quite some time..

And we swam till like 12? Then headed to the showers...

Initally we planned to cycle after the swim, but after that we plan to go

Hort Park instead.

So we went Mac and have our lunch, and I spotted this push cart that sells clothes,

Went Sentosa todayy with DaJie and her friends.

Was supposed to head to Clark Quay with Braun

after piano lesson ytd... But I cant get home too late as i've

to wake up at 4am in the morning ...

So....

We went to my fav place at Keppel Bay!!!

Yeah... A great dinner...

I had Striploine Steak, and Fir Royale Champagne in a slender

Champagne Flute glass....

While, Braun had Mushroon Mitsotto, and also with

Fir Royale Champagne(;

The food was great! Absolute Greatness!

I can still feel the succulent picec of Striploin Steak which

I sank my teeth in .... yummmmy....

It was real chilly and windy that I could even tremble feebly...

Had a great time with Braun, chatting away as

time really seem to fly...

We also had a dessert of Fresh Juicy Strawberries with

Varlhona Chocolate Fondue...

The berries were real fresh and crunchy!

Braun joked they might even have a Strawberry Farm in

their kitchen! Cus it's tooo fresh to be real!

alright alright... Braun loves the place to bits.
